O’Malley, The “Climate Action Plan,” the final report of the Maryland Commission on Climate Change, shows that we can achieve strong science-based reductions in global warming pollution and boost our economy at the same time. Thank you for your leadership in overseeing the the Commission and for supporting last session’s Global Warming Solutions Act. Now that you have the Commission’s plan, I urge you to introduce legislation in 2009 that puts that plan into practice.
